1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (referred to herein as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") govern the relationship between bkk99 (referred to as "bkk99", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the bkk99 platform at https://bkk99.io (referred to as "you", "the User", or "the Player").

By accessing the bkk99 platform in any capacity — including but not limited to browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or using any feature of the platform — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bkk99 platform. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

Where duplicate accounts are identified, bkk99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and, where fraudulent intent is determined, to forfeit any balances held in those accounts.

3 Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bkk99 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. bkk99 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

You must notify bkk99 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if you believe your credentials have been compromised. bkk99 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login details.

3.3 Account Activity

You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your bkk99 account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. bkk99 may monitor account activity for security and compliance purposes and may temporarily restrict or suspend your account if unusual or suspicious activity is detected.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bkk99 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the bkk99 cashier at the time of the withdrawal request and may vary depending on the payment method selected and the verification status of your account. bkk99 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits without prior notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited to your bkk99 account balance within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation from the relevant payment provider. In the event of a technical error or delay, you should contact bkk99 support with your transaction reference number.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed by bkk99 on the same calendar day, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements and satisfactory completion of the know-your-customer (KYC) verification process. Unverified accounts may experience delays pending document review. bkk99 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

4.5 Own Payment Methods Only

You may only deposit to and withdraw from bkk99 using payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. bkk99 may request evidence that the payment method belongs to you as part of the verification process, and may decline or reverse transactions that do not satisfy this requirement.

4.6 Dormant Account Fees

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bkk99 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts with positive balances, after providing 30 days' advance notice to the email address registered to the account. The dormant account fee will not reduce any balance below zero.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New bkk99 members who make a qualifying first deposit of ৳500 or more via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are eligible to receive a 100% first deposit match bonus up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited automatically to the member's account on confirmation of the qualifying deposit. No promotional code is required.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds — including but not limited to the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and cashback awards — are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the specific bonus terms accompanying that promotion. Players are required to read and understand the bonus terms before accepting any promotional offer.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

A member is entitled to claim each promotional offer only once, unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or by using payment methods registered to other individuals constitutes bonus abuse and will result in bonus cancellation, account suspension, and potential forfeiture of related winnings.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to an expiry period as stated in the applicable bonus terms. Bonus balances that are not wagered within the specified timeframe will be removed from the account automatically. bkk99 is not obligated to provide prior notice of individual bonus expiry events beyond what is communicated in the original bonus terms.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the bkk99 platform, it is final and may not be cancelled or modified by the player except where an explicit "cash out" option is offered and exercised before the relevant event is settled. Accidental bets or bets placed in error are not grounds for cancellation unless a manifest pricing error on the part of bkk99 has occurred.

6.2 Odds and Market Settlement

Sports betting odds are quoted in decimal format and may change up to the moment a bet is accepted. The odds at which your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your stake for settlement purposes. Live in-play odds are updated continuously and may differ from pre-match odds displayed elsewhere on the platform.

6.3 Voided Bets and Refunds

bkk99 reserves the right to void individual bets or entire markets in the following circumstances: event cancellation or postponement beyond the rescheduling policy; manifest pricing or data feed error; corruption, match-fixing, or integrity concerns; or force majeure events. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the player's account balance without interest.

6.4 Casino and Live Casino Games

Casino game outcomes — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games — are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the relevant table game managed by a licensed live studio (Evolution Gaming or Pragmatic Play). bkk99 does not interfere with game outcomes. 6.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

7 Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bkk99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using the platform while under the age of 21;
• Operating multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so;
• Using automated betting software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, card games, or other multiplayer products;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bkk99 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the bkk99 platform without the prior written consent of bkk99.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bkk99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the bkk99 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

bkk99 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur. bkk99 will endeavour to notify users of planned maintenance in advance but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability.

In no event shall bkk99's aggregate liability to any individual user exceed the total amount deposited by that user to their bkk99 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination and Account Closure

12.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your bkk99 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

12.2 Suspension or Closure by bkk99

bkk99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to where bkk99 determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have provided false or misleading registration information;
• You have engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• Your account has been used in connection with suspected fraud or money laundering;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitate account closure.

12.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, your licence to use the bkk99 platform is revoked immediately. Any bonus funds in your account at the time of closure are forfeited. Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation where closure is initiated due to suspected fraudulent activity.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bkk99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bkk99 will notify registered members by posting a notice on the platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to the address registered to the account.

The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the bkk99 platform after that date will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account in accordance with Section 12.1.
